Housing Benefit Recoveries and Fraud (HBRF) Return
HBRF is a new fraud return that every local authority in the country now has to provide on a quarterly basis. The return is a simple Microsoft Excel spreadsheet which takes data from your benefit fraud caseload.

In an attempt to make this easier for our customers, INTEC have developed the InCase Intelligence (HBRF Module). This module generates the return for you at the click of a mouse. It simply extracts data from InCase Benefits system, based on some simple configuration, and populates the spreadsheet for you. (An example spreadsheet can be downloaded below)

This dramatically reduces the time it takes to produce your HBRF return and will ensure that there is no manual inputting by your fraud team.
