InCase is a success at Denbighshire

We have used InCase for a number of years and find the system very good.

All our letters are issued from the system in Word and we don't need to print copies as they are saved in the system. Actions and entered notes are time stamped to avoid any chance of challenge.

The system provides lots of stats and helps manage the whole caseload (BFI reports appear to be favourable!).

We chose INTEC because they gave us a voice, not dependant on how much we pay but a genuine wish to improve the product, to what we want.

There is a user group who meet twice a year and the product is continually improving and so is our knowledge of how to get the best out of the system.

We also have two other systems of INTECS InSearch and InCheck (a data profiling system,which I suspect will come into it's own once benefit periods are abolished and a PV system)

I would recommend anyone to invite a demonstration and maybe visit "live sites"
