Fighting Anti Social Behaviour
Evesham & Pershaw Housing Association has recently installed InCident and CaseManager to help track the problems caused by ASB. They are using InCident to track and monitor all incidents regardless of type to help drive initiatives to address problem areas and people. Where incidents are found to be of a very serious nature then they are using CaseManager to handle all the case management aspects of taking legal action against individual perpetrators. The housing association market place is new for INTEC but one where we are now begining to penetrate.
